82

O He who creates what He wishes;
O He who does as He wishes;
O He who guides whom He wishes;
O He who leads astray whom He wishes;
O He who pardons whom He wishes;
O He who chastises whom He wishes;
O He who turns in forgiveness to whom He wishes;
O He who forms in the womb as He wishes;
O He who increases in His creation as He wishes;
O He who favours with His mercy whom He wishes-
Glory be unto Thee, Thou art without partner or fault!
There is no god but Thee! Mercy, mercy, rescue us from Hell-fire!
